WHAT ARE YOUR HEADBANDS MADE OUT OF?
     We use a soft, very stretchy, nude nylon elastic.  It will not leave an indent on your child's head.  It is a one-size fits all, so as they grow they can still use it.  

WHAT IS AN ADJUSTABLE CLIP?
     The alligator clip is reversible so you can insert in the opposite direction. You simply remove the clip and place the bow on either side of their head.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
     Our current processing time is 2-4 days.  After production is met, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.  You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.  We ship USPS first class mail or priority if you choose.  

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
     For sanitary purposes we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.  If you receive your product damaged, please contact us within five business days of your receipt date and we will replace it.   

HOW DOES A SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
     You will be charged on the 5th of every month and your subscription bows will ship the 25th-28th of that month. Your subscription will auto-renew, so there’s no need to sign up again.  If you purchase our subscription after the 20th of the month, you will not receive your bows until the following month. For example: You signed up on October 10, you will receive November bows that will ship out October 25-28. Your card will get charge November 5 for December bows. Another example: You sign up on October 24, you will receive December bows that will ship out November 25-28. Your card will get charged December 5 for January bows.
You will have the option of nylon headbands, alligator clips, or one of each.  Once you select your hardware the first time, you will receive that same hardware every month. However, you can edit your subscription at any time; it must be changed by the 20th in order to receive your next shipment with your new hardware.  



WHAT TYPE OF BOWS ARE INCLUDED WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION?
     Your subscription will come with two of our favorite bows that will compliment the season.  Styles and patterns will change monthly.       


HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
   When you subscribe, you will receive an email to activate your subscription account.  In order to make any changes to your subscription account, you must create a CUSTOMER ACCOUNT on our site (THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT). Once you’ve logged in under your customer account, click on "manage subscription."  Here you will have the ability to change your hardware option or cancel your monthly subscription.  If you are subscribed, please be aware that if you don’t want the next month’s bows, you need to cancel on or before the 20th of that month. Unfortunately, we cannot refund a subscription after a payment has been placed on the 5th of every month.
